I apologize for the off topic post, but I saw a post you left about migraines at Uppercase Woman. You mentioned that biofeedback has been a useful tool for you for managing migraines. I'm curious about it. What were the physical things you learned to change (heart rate, bp, ...)? Do you have any words of wisdom about pursuing biofeedback?
